it's been two months since i've returned from bangkok and all i can say is my entire being is itching to fly back over to the land of smiles. so i've decided to revisit the day we spent the morning at pak khlong market. it was a warm, sunny sunday, and the neighbourhood was bustling with activity. it was such a great day for just soaking in the sights, smells and sounds around us.

since it was hot day, this jumpsuit from lazygirl.co seemed more than perfect for my sunday best. i loved the deep plunging neckline – what can i say? i dare to bare. HAHAHA. it attracted a couple of stares from old men (those geezers) but well... since my personal style is slightly androgynous and ruby rose was kinda like my #WCW at that point of time, this jumpsuit couldn't have come in more handy than it did. i paired it with my good ol' trusty docs and miumiu top handle bag. an all black outfit never fails, no matter what the occasion. if i had an event to attend, i would style this with heeled mules and my ysl clutch, or swap the clutch for a tapestry purse, just so i retain a touch of quirkiness about my look. i mean the possibilities are endless, and versatility is key when building a solid wardrobe capsule.

as i grow older, i'd much rather prefer to spend my money on quality pieces, and separates that can be styled different ways over and over again. in time to come, i'll be sharing another outfit i've put together in collaboration with lazygirl.co featuring yet another wardrobe classic – the oversized denim jacket. stay tuned!
