Is it not obvious enough that I really do love pastries? These are perfectly crafted apple rosettes, dusted lightly with icing sugar. Had a great time styling the set up – the mood of the photos felt like a photo shoot for a cookbook done in a farmhouse haha.
Looking at them makes me wanna stuff one whole puff into my mouth..........
