Dined at Fat Boys' last Saturday... Food was meh – or maybe I always seem to order the wrong stuff? I mean who goes to a burger bar and orders chicken & waffles? Although in my defense, I've never had chicken & waffled before LOL.
Come to think of it, it's really just chicken sandwiched between waffles, and Fat Boys' one was terrible. The waffle tasted like frozen ones that were taken out of the freezer and microwaved before serving. It was hard and kinda laohong, and the chicken..... Nothing much to comment really.
My brother and parents ordered the Fat Basterds & some sambal burger, and they didn't seem to have any complaints..... My sister had the salmon (LOL who goes to a burger bar to order grilled salmon........ but oh wait I had waffles -_-) and she had no complaints.
It always seem to be just me lolol. I always make bad food choices.....
Anyway why do they serve the chicken medium well!?!? I always feel disgusted when I see any pink in my meats (red would be worse), yet I felt embarrassed to tell the waitress I want my meat well done. But got people order chicken meat that's not fully cooked one meh. Why is that even a thing, geez.
