Geek in the Pink

I guess I'm gonna start a new thing whereby I post one flatlay every weekend and then blog about it. Hehe I'm excited cos I love taking flatlays! I love the satisfaction of colour co-ordinating, grids, layouts and the results after 20 (sometimes more) minutes of "toiling" to get the perfect shot.

So here's a breakdown of the stuff in the above flatlay.

This pretty little thing has a criss-cross back feature and the colour is just so pretty?!?!?! I love it! Haven't worn it cos I'm planning to wear it for the first time to Laneway Festival :D Yup, boring outfit. Bet people are gonna be decked out in crazy headgears and really hipster-trying-veryveryvery-hard-to-look-one-of-a-kind. Lame lol

Benefit's Benetint is honestly the best shit I've spent my $$ on this year (although it's only been 10 days into 2015 lol). Firstly, the colour lasts. Secondly, it smells so damn good. My only gripe is that I may one day accidentally topple it and all its content will flow out. That is the moment my heart will break. For real.

The comfiest sweater EVER. It has a satin lining and feels extremely good on the skin! Not sure where in Singapore I can wear this to though lol. But whatever – I always seem to adopt a buy-first-think-later attitude.

Random Charlie magazine I bought from a street vendor in Paris. Pretty sure it is not related to Charlie Hebdo! I bought it cos it was pink.... How shallow can I get (answer: quite)???

And also, my Alexa Chung 'It' and Asos cat-eye shades. Haven't really worn the shades cos I look weird in it lol. Again, buy-now-think-later.

I hope the people who come across my blog actually enjoy my flatlays as much as I like taking them! Not sure who even comes here since I don't publicise this page, nor do I blog often. According to blogger stats, a relatively huge amount of people pop by here daily but I'm just like ???????????? Where do they even come from lol
